Terms & Conditions — 44bt Platform Rules

1. Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "44bt" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the 44bt online betting and casino platform accessible at 44bt.io and all associated subdomains, applications, and services.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 44bt platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a player upon successful registration on the 44bt platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a player's 44bt account, including both real-money deposits and any awarded bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any real-money stake placed by a player on a sports event, casino game, crash game, or any other product offered on the 44bt platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, deposit match bonuses, or other non-cash incentives awarded to a player's account under the terms of a specific 44bt promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process that 44bt conducts in accordance with its player protection obligations.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all 44bt transactions are denominated.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used for all platform operations and time-sensitive terms.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Where any ambiguity exists, the interpretation most protective of the platform's integrity and the responsible gaming obligations of 44bt shall prevail.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

Access to and use of the 44bt platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied before a player may register an account or place any bet:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. 44bt strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification (KYC) is conducted on all accounts and may be requested at any time.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in Bangladesh at the time of account registration and use.
• You must not be subject to any court order, legal restriction, or voluntary self-exclusion agreement that prohibits participation in online gambling.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended 44bt account. Each player is permitted exactly one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and valid mobile number registered to a Bangladeshi network (e.g., Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, Teletalk, or Airtel Bangladesh).
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. Accounts may only be used by the registered account holder personally.

44bt reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. Account registration does not constitute an obligation on 44bt's part to accept any bet or to maintain the account indefinitely.

3. Account Management & Security

Once a 44bt account is registered and verified, the following terms govern its ongoing management and security:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 44bt will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.
• Any bet or transaction conducted through your account while logged in is deemed to have been authorised by you, regardless of whether you personally initiated it, unless you have reported a breach of account security to 44bt support prior to the transaction taking place.
• If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must contact 44bt support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. 44bt will suspend your account while the security investigation is conducted.
• Players are strongly encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their 44bt account. 2FA adds a one-time SMS verification code to the login process, protecting your account even if your password is exposed.
• 44bt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, match-fixing, or any other prohibited activity as defined in Section 8 of these Terms.
• Players must notify 44bt promptly of any changes to their registered personal details, including mobile number, email address, or residential address in Bangladesh. Failure to maintain accurate account details may delay KYC verification and withdrawal processing.

Account closure requests submitted voluntarily by the player will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. Upon closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course. Bonus funds not yet converted to real-money funds through completed wagering requirements will be forfeited at the time of account closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 44bt platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:

Deposits:

• 44bt accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 44bt's discretion with notice provided to players.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Please refer to the Cashier section of your account for current limits.
• Deposits are credited to your account instantly in most cases. Processing delays caused by third-party payment providers are outside 44bt's direct control, though our support team will assist in investigating any delayed deposit exceeding 30 minutes.
• 44bt does not charge fees on deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their standard transaction charges, which are borne entirely by the player.
• All deposited funds must originate from a payment account registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds to the source payment method.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to payment provider capability. This policy is maintained to prevent money laundering and to protect players from unauthorised fund diversion.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day, based on account verification tier.
• Verified accounts (those who have completed full KYC documentation) receive priority withdrawal processing, with target completion within 15 minutes during normal operating hours (BST).
• 44bt reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above ৳50,000.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Bonus funds must first satisfy the applicable wagering requirement, at which point the converted real-money amount becomes eligible for withdrawal in accordance with these terms.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

44bt offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All promotional offers are governed by the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, where stated) must be wagered in real-money bets before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Sports bets typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Casino slots contribute a specified percentage (stated per promotion). Live dealer games and crash games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all — please refer to individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the time period specified in the individual offer terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account without notice.
• 44bt reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Players who have already accepted an offer and partially completed its wagering requirement will be notified of any material changes and given a reasonable period to complete the requirement under the original terms.
• Each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Suspected bonus abuse — including the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may lead to permanent account closure.
• Seasonal promotions tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, IPL, and other Bangladeshi events are time-limited and subject to their own specific terms published on the 44bt promotions page at the time of the offer.

6. Betting Rules & Sportsbook

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity conducted on the 44bt platform, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other sports markets offered:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the platform and a bet reference number has been issued. Players cannot cancel or amend a bet after confirmation, except where an in-play cash-out option is explicitly available and the player exercises it before the relevant market is closed.
• 44bt offers markets on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, and a wide range of other domestic and international cricket events, as well as football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports. Market availability is subject to change based on event scheduling and operational factors.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, 44bt's specific rules for each sport and market type will apply. In most cases, bets on abandoned matches are voided and stakes returned. Please refer to the in-platform sport-specific rules section for complete details.
• Live in-play betting odds are updated in real time. 44bt cannot guarantee that all in-play bets will be accepted — during periods of rapid score changes or technical disruption, bets may be suspended or declined. No liability is accepted for bets not placed due to market suspension.
• 44bt reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds caused by system malfunction, data feed error, or human input error. Players will be notified and stakes returned where a bet is voided under this provision.
• Maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits vary by sport, event, and market type. Consistent winning at maximum stakes may result in 44bt adjusting individual player stake limits at its discretion, in accordance with normal commercial sportsbook operations.

7. Casino Games & Fair Play

44bt offers a casino lobby featuring slots, live dealer games, crash games, and specialty titles from licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The following terms govern casino game play:

• All casino games use certified random number generator (RNG) technology provided directly by the game studio. 44bt does not alter, manipulate, or influence game outcomes in any way. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are provided by the relevant studio and apply over statistically significant volumes of play.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a casino game round, the round may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. If the game round was completed successfully before the disconnection, the result stands. 44bt's support team will investigate any disputed game outcome upon request.
• Live dealer games are streamed in real time from studios operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Players acknowledge that live dealer games are subject to the additional rules and limitations specific to live casino play, including bet time limits, table minimums, and studio operational hours.
• Crash games including Aviator (Spribe) and similar titles have specific volatility characteristics. Players acknowledge the risk profile of crash games and confirm that they participate voluntarily and within their financial means.
• Game histories and session logs are retained for a minimum of 90 days and are available to players on request via the 44bt support team. These logs are used to resolve disputes and verify game outcomes.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 44bt platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one account on 44bt, whether under your own name or under a false identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with 44bt.
• Using the 44bt platform while under the age of 21.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with casino games, or gain any unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Exploiting any technical error, software vulnerability, pricing mistake, or bonus loophole to generate winnings that would not otherwise be achievable under normal, fair-play conditions.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or use of non-public information to gain an advantage on sports markets offered by 44bt.
• Colluding with other players in any casino game, particularly live poker, live roulette, or any other game where coordination between players could disadvantage other participants or the platform.
• Using the 44bt platform to conduct money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime. 44bt is required to report suspicious financial activity and will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities.
• Depositing funds from payment accounts not registered in your own name, or accepting transfers from third parties for the purpose of funding your 44bt account.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 44bt support staff or other platform users in any communication channel.

9. Responsible Gaming

44bt is committed to providing a safe gaming environment for all players. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become a problem, and we take our responsibility to support those players seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available free of charge to every registered 44bt account holder:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account to manage your spending. Limits can be reduced at any time with immediate effect. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set reminders to alert you after a specified duration of continuous platform activity. These reminders are displayed as on-screen notifications and can be configured in your account settings.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month. Once the limit is reached, further bets and casino rounds are blocked for the remainder of the period.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 44bt platform — including but not limited to the 44bt brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, odds displays, software, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of 44bt or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from any 44bt content without prior written authorisation from 44bt.
• The game software, RNG systems, and streaming infrastructure used on 44bt are licensed from third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and others) and are subject to those studios' own intellectual property rights.
• Any unauthorised use of 44bt intellectual property may result in legal action. Players who encounter third-party websites or applications falsely representing themselves as 44bt are encouraged to report these to [email protected] immediately.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 44bt's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be limited to the amount deposited by the player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The following specific limitations also apply:

• 44bt is not liable for any losses arising from temporary platform unavailability, scheduled maintenance, or unplanned technical outages, provided that 44bt makes reasonable efforts to restore service promptly and notify affected players.
• 44bt is not liable for internet connectivity issues, mobile network disruptions, or device malfunctions on the player's side that result in a lost connection during an active game or bet.
• 44bt is not liable for losses arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials or their failure to act promptly upon discovering unauthorised access to their account.
• 44bt does not guarantee that any specific game, market, or feature will be available at all times. Product availability is subject to change at 44bt's sole discretion.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

12. Amendments & Termination

44bt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 44bt will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law, regulatory instruction, or to address urgent security or fraud concerns.

Your continued use of the 44bt platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure before the effective date.

44bt may terminate your account and these Terms & Conditions immediately and without notice if you breach any provision of these terms, engage in any prohibited activity described in Section 8, or if 44bt is required to do so by law or regulatory instruction. Upon termination for cause, any balance resulting from prohibited activity is forfeited. Balances resulting from legitimate activity will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following the conclusion of any investigation.

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and 44bt with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
